Krissy Cruz is the owner of Haven Hair Lounge, with almost 14 years of experience behind the chair! As a stylist, her passions include creating bright and dimensional blondes, balayage looks, personalized hair color & haircuts, and extensions.
Krissy’s appointment availability is currently Mondays & Fridays from 9-5 & Saturdays from 9-2.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ OUR BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
-All hair color appointments require a $50-$100 security deposit that will be deducted from your service total at the time your services are rendered.
-We have a 72 hour cancellation policy; cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
-Your deposit may be transferred to another date (with more than 72 hours notice) one time; any additional reschedule requests will require a new deposit.
-No-shows will forfeit your deposit & you will be subjected to an additional fee that equates 50% of your missed scheduled service in order to reschedule.
-You will receive a courtesy appointment reminder 48-72 hours prior to your session.
-PLEASE BE ON TIME. If you are 10 or more minutes late, your service provider may be forced to cancel your appointment or shorten the scope of the services provided to you. Please call ahead if you think you may be late.
-Due to limited space, we kindly ask that no guests accompany you to your appointment. Due to safety and liability reasons, children are not permitted to attend with you.
